The new model green means of transportation- electric vehicle with its advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, gradually become mainstream vehicle in future, it has already become the industry which the various countries unexpectedly developed. With the development of electrical control technology, the electric vehicle drive control system performance increased gradually, and toward high-frequency, high-precision, high-reliability direction. At the same time, the electromagnetic interference problems are more and more serious, it has now become the prominent obstacles of the electrical system and equipments nomal work. There is an urgent need to resolve the technical problem that how to make electrical equipments normally work compatibly without the influence of interference in the common electromagnetic environment, it is the point that the purpose of we study electromagnetic compatibility.The electric vehicle drive control system is mainly composed of two parts: the drive control circuit part and the frequency converter part. This thesis makes the analysis and the researches on certainquestions of electromagnetic compatibility for the electric vehicle drive control system. To sum up, the main contents include:This thesis introduced the drive control circuit theory, composition and design. The electromagnetic compatibility study has carried out on the six phase interface circuit board what be designed, from PCB electromagnetic compatibility design angle, systematically elaborated the PCB EMC design principles. Useing Hyperlynx the electric circuit board EMC simulation software, has carried on the signal integrity simulation analysis and the EMC radiation simulation analysis to six phase interface circuit board which be designed. Using HFSS high frequency simulation software, to actuated the controller engine case to carry on the space radiation simulation, obtained the engine case shield simulation result.The frequency converter as the main body in the electric vehicle drive control system, its electromagnetic compatibility issue is a very serious matter. This thesis in detail elaborated the principle and system composed of the frequency converter, emphatically analyzed the main electromagnetic interference source of the frequency converter. The electromagnetic conducted interference experiment had been carried on the vehicle frequency converter, proposed the improvement electromagnetic compatibility measures.
