With the continuous development of the distributed power generation technology, the proportion of the distributed generation in the power grid are increasingly high, so it will have a significant impact on the frequency stabilization of power system. Based on this reason, various countries in the world presents the distributed generation which is onto the grid have the requirements that participate in the system frequency regulation.This paper did an in-depth study about the distributed generation in frequency adjustment of power system, and achieved some results.This paper firstly introduced the operation principle of the Double-Fed Induction Generator(DFIG) and Battery, For its parts were clearly introduced and modeling. At the same time did researching in tracking process of maximum power for DFIG and control mode of rotor side grid side converter, and battery charging and discharging and parameters setting.Secondly, introduced the principle and process of primary frequency regulation in power system, analysis the basic principle of distributed generation participating in system frequency modulation, designed the control strategy of distributed generation participating in system frequency modulation too. We added frequency control in DFIG control system, using DFIG load shedding operation to participate in frequency modulation system. The P-f droop control strategy is added to the battery, so the battery can simulate the droop characteristic of the traditional frequency modulation power supply to participate in the system frequency regulation. And when the DFIG and battery to jointly participate in the system frequency regulation, add the control link in the distributed power system, let the DFIG to participate in the system frequency regulation first, when the DFIG is not able to meet the needs of the frequency modulation system, then let the battery to participate in frequency control.Finally, the simulation model is built in the MATLAB/simulink software, and also did the simulation analysis of control method of the paper.
