Study On Anti - Seawater Corrosion Test And Evaluation Of Military Vehicles

It is important for military vehicles to adapt to the marine environment in evaluating the performance of military vehicles. After analyzing the actual usage of military vehicles in the shallow sea area in contact with sea water, in the sea and land joint, and in the overland salt environment away from contact with sea water, the author studies the sea water and salt mist corrosion mechanism, summarizes the sea water and salt mist corrosion prevention technology, researches the test method and evaluation method, reasonably determines the capacity of military vehicles against sea water and salt mist and indicates its weakness, and gives advice on improvement of marine adaptability, which provides basis for military vehicle design approval.The research project within the military, this paper applies such train of thought as survey of the military using status, analysis of corrosion theory, generalization of anti-corrosion ways, presentation of anti-corrosion technology, design of test and evaluation methods, and testing verification.The main content of this paper is as follows:1. Marine environment corrosion mechanism of military vehicles:the corrosion status of marine environment under marine environment is confirmed via survey of the coastal army. Aiming at the corrosion problem, a deep research on seawater corrosion of metal is carried out in terms of electrochemistry and thermodynamics.2. Sea water corrosion prevention technology of military vehicles:based on deep analysis, summary and conclusion of anti-corrosion technology, an anti-corrosion technical scheme is presented for the vehicle equipment, and the technical solution of sea water corrosion prevention is designed from the perspective of vehicle structure.3. Design on test content and test method for military vehicles against sea water corrosion:The anti-corrosion test is designed in respect of static and dynamic combination, and the basic performance change test and the component performance change test are initially added, moreover, constructive advice on testing condition is given.4. Design on evaluation content and evaluation methods of sea water corrosion prevention test of military vehicles:taking full account of a comprehensive evaluation about the capacity of vehicles against sea water corrosion, the author puts forward the evaluation content concerning the vehicle basic performance change, component performance change and bolt effectiveness, and verify the anti-corrosion technology and evaluation method through tests.5. Military vehicles equipped with anti-seawater corrosion test verification. Anti-seawater corrosion test content and evaluation methods of the project proposed for the study, carried out field verification of the actual vehicle, according to the verification result, correction test methods and evaluation methods operability, advanced and rationality.
