With the socio-economic development and improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection, while people in their quest for passenger comfort and safety, green environmental protection requirements for passenger cars is increasing, which makes important interior dashboard of the bus has attracted more and more attention.Therefore, how to develop a eco-friendly, low cost and high performance passenger car instrument panel becomes the key auto interior decoration to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.Under this background, this paper makes a deep discussion on the research object of a company’s bus instrument station.First, analyze and summarize some key problems existing in the production process of the dashboard on passenger cars, include environmental hazards, higher material costs, material shortages and quality defects and other issues.Based on the above, this paper presents the development goals of the instrument desk:environmental protection, low cost, high performance and high quality.Secondly, from the development of the target, selectethe reinforced materials.Through experiments and analysis on jute mats, jute woven cloth, carbon fiber grid cloth and glass mat, the conclusion is that jute mat reinforced composite materials meet the requirements of environmental protection and low cost, and can satisfy the basic mechanical properties of the instrument panel. So Jute mats are suitable for instrument panel reinforcement.Again, due to the mechanical properties of jute mat reinforced composite under the influence of multiple factors, to ensure the instrument meets the performance requirements.Through orthogonal experiment, the effect of processing factors on mechanical performance of various trends and level is analyzed. And this text use weighted grading method get a reasonable set of process.Finally, to standardize the Liquid pouring route in the actual production of passenger cars, ensure dashboard molding quality, this artical use CAE software to simulate the filling process of the instrument panel, Analyze of quality defects of the instrument panel, and optimize the optimal casting path and mold temperature.
