Countries around the world are scrambling to develop exploitation of the oceans in twenty-first century,and the development of the ocean can not be made without the development of the shipbuilding industry.Windlass,as the main device of the marine vessel mooring system, is related to the reliability and security of ship navigation,mooring and anchorA.nchor windlass designed by traditional design methods is always too heavy,inefficient and has a serious vibration and noise problem.In order to meet the dual demands on the environment and the performance of anchor windlass, energy-saving and environmental anchor windlass with low vibration and noise and high efficiency quality is the future trend of anchor windlass.In this paper,marine anchor windlass as the research object,the key technology of vibration and noise reduction was researched to follow the development trend.The main contents of the work are as follows:three-dimensional model and the multibody dynamics simulation model of anchor windlass were established to analyze load cases of the key parts.Dynamics analysis was done of windlass gearbox that has obvious noise and vibration,including modal analysis and structural vibration analysis,and structural vibration case of gearbox was got.Based on results of vibration analysis,outfield noise of the gearbox was analyzed using acoustic boundary element method.The sound pressure and frequency response were got and the noise reduction schemes for gearbox were proposed according to the results of the analysis.Simulation for optimized gearbox was done to verify the schemes. Noise and vibration were analyzed and optimized of windlass supporting pump station and especially for the pipeline,motor and fuel tank.According to the characteristics of different parts,material of pipeline was changed and flexible couplings were used in suction port.Damping was mainly considered for motor and cushioning, Bell and elastic coupling were used. Taking impact of the oil shock into account, Separator was set in middle of the oil tank to reduce shock and vibration The vibration and noise measure test on the windlass prototype was made before and after the optimization.The results of the test showed that the vibration and radiation noise of windlass critical components were decreased.The vibration and noise reduction schemes of anchor windlass in this paper are feasible and effective.
