In this thesis, the research on a mechanical property testing apparatus of gas-releasing locking mechanism is carried out on the experimental testing and the dynamic analysis methods, conducting a dynamic analysis of the locking mechanism in mandatory relief condition by combining the experimental modeling and theoretical modeling. The following assignments were accomplished based on thorough study into the finite element method and the experimental testing theory.First, a curve graph was charted, illustrating the impact force time history under different impact conditions after the experiments were done on the device in mandatory relief condition and dynamic measurements were taken of the proper sensors selected in accordance with the designate parameters.Second, by virtue of ABAQUS, a finite element model was then established for the dynamic analysis of the gas-releasing locking mechanism. The dynamic response characteristics of the device was acquired and compared with the empirical data.On the basis of the optimized finite element model, the locking mechanism was finally analyzed in mandatory relief condition, followed by the demonstration of the feasibility of the gas-releasing locking mechanism in mandatory relief condition, the confirmation of the interaction of the rocket, the safety ring and the locking hook, and the verification of the reliability of the stiffness and strength of the main bearing parts such as the locking hook and the locking seat.In conclusion, through the research, a dynamic analysis method was explored via combining theories with experiments, revealing the pressure, deformation and dynamic response of a specific component of the locking mechanism in mandatory relief condition and thus providing the theoretical support and method for the design of the locking mechanism of rocket weapons.
