| The largest application field of mechanical press is the automobile manufacturing industry,which is an important equipment of automobile industry,as we knew,80%~90% auto parts completed by stamping production and processing,therefore its performance will directly affect the quality and capacity of covering parts of the body.During the stamping production,artificial trimming would be conducted very often,at that time,safe and reliable locking device would be very important,which will ensure the operator and machine and more safety.Based on comparing the following five typical sliding block locking devices,which are three point position slider lock,double slider locking bolt,400 mm stroke arbitrary point slider lock,Japan PASCAL slider lock,and wet clutch with sliding block locking of German HERIO,point out the respective advantages and disadvantages.Actual engineering needs,the new slider locking device structure design is completed.The range of the new sliding block locking device is 0~650mm,the bearing is 37 T,and its mechanical structure and parameters are designed by theoretical calculation.The finite element analysis method is used to verify the strength of the new slider locking device.In the process of analysis,the column,slider and slider locking device are respectively modeled,but only as the analysis environment is not calculated.Design Simulation by setting the material,meshing,loading,solving linear boundary conditions of various parts of the locking bolt,the maximum stress value is 42.4MPa is obtained,allowable shear stress less than 40 Cr 157MPa.The results show that the mechanical strength of the new slider locking device can meet the actual production requirements.A new control system of slider locking device by the pneumatic part and electric control part,pneumatic system adopts stroke control principle,design of components in the system according to the model structure of the characteristics and needs of the specific function.The electronic control system is used to detect and control the movement position of the components.Meanwhile,inorder to guarantee the reliability and the locking state of the locking mechanism,the travel switch is added in the control system.Based on the comparison of the existing domestic and foreign slider locking device and the new slider locking device,the structure rationality,safety,usage,use effect and cost performance are compared.The new slider locking device for production efficiency of three point slider locking device 40%,manufacturing cost is only the double bolt slider locking device 20%,and a new slider locking device for locking travel more,simple structure,convenient installation and debugging,better security. |
