Research On Low Technology Upgrade In Rural Bamboo Building Development

With the diversified development of modern construction fast, about the use of bamboo for building a widely attention gradually, using the method of low technology to explore the bamboo construction become one of the modern bamboo building more direction. In this paper, based on the traditional and modern two perspective to the technical features of the bamboo building, structure, construction, finish and colour five aspects to understand the status of the bamboo in the development of low technology upgrading, it is concluded that the traditional bamboo building in the feasibility of low technology upgrading and modern achievements of bamboo building of low technology upgrading and principles. Again from the land of the above five aspects to have the characteristics of the three cases in the international bamboo architecture biennale, hostel, reception center, art hotel on deep reading. Bamboo in international architecture biennale in the content of low technology upgrading, low technology upgrade means to summarize and draw out various thinking. Finally combining with the guidance of the theory and practice, based in nanjing college of art background to complete the design experiments on bamboo building, experimental purpose is, on the one hand, explore contain the possibility of technology upgrade in bamboo building, on the other hand the bamboo construction way between architecture and low technology.
