Semi-physical simulation is an important way to improve the reliability of system design. This paper based on semi-physical simulation technology researched the missile fuze warhead system (fuze-warhead system), using the semi-physical simulation technology to realize the partial model of the system by physical model, and the parts difficult to realize by physical model replace with the mathematical model. Combining the advantages of the whole digital simulation and the whole physical simulation parameters a more credible evaluation of the performance of the missile fuze warhead system and the optimization design of the parameters of the fuze warhead system were realized.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the fuze-warhead system, due to the demand of performance evaluation of fuze-warhead system of semi physical simulation system, this paper established a semi-physical simulation system of fuze-warhead coordination.According to the semi physical simulation system and the target, the fuze data acquisition and transmission of the CFAW, this paper researched the missile (fuze) attitude data, target attitude data, missile target location data and fuze start signal data acquisition, and established the data transmission system based on Ethernet.This paper established a semi physical simulation system for the CFAW model, including fuze start-up model, fuze delay model, warhead model, damage model, focusing on two kinds of typical warhead-continuous rod warhead and focusing warhead, this paper built the general the warhead lethality field model, and researched on hit point algorithm of the continuous rod warhead and the focused warhead, and completed damage probability calculation based on the target vulnerability model.Based on MFC and OpenGL in Visual Studio 2010 development environment, the paper developed the simulation software of CFAW and realized the data acquisition and visual playback (reproduce) of the missile and the target, and realized the visual simulation of the target hitting process after the fuze is given the target of the continuous rod warhead and the focusing warhead and performance evaluation of fuze warhead system.
