This topic mainly studies up on the Huai’an regional power grid dispatchers training system of DTS and its simulation design of relay protection and automation devices.First of all, according to the characteristics of Huai’an regional grid, this paper deeply analyzes and researches the new DTS system that fits Huai’an regional power grid dispatchers. In order to play DTS as a base of Huai’an grid dispatcher training and improve grid dispatchers’real-time ability to deal with emergencies, we design the DTS system structure of hardware and software based on the integration platform of SCADA/EMS/DTS and implement the sharing with the existing SCADA system of its grid data. And then this paper puts forward several key problems of the design of DTS function simulation, among which the real time problem of relay protection and automation device action is the emphasis and difficulty of the design of DTS. The method called "the relay protection system tree" is proposed to make relay protection and automation device simulation more real-time. According to the characteristics of DTS, we use two simulation methods including the logic judgment and fixed value and establishes the relay protection model, providing a good space for future system upgrade expansion. The DTS system that this subject develops has the following functions:the function of anti-accident exercises for regional dispatch; the function which allows regional dispatch to exercises with county dispatch, grid accident inversion and analysis assessment, the function of independent accident treatment for dispatchers, dispatching operation order quasi ticket previewing execution, power grid maintenance scheduling, the check of relay protection and automation device setting, analysis of economic operation of power system, etc.The system’s test result shows that the new DTS system for dispatchers training which is designed by this subject has the same action results with actual power grid in case of grid accidents, satisfies the real-time requirements and provides a good practical platform for dispatcher training. |
