Weapons equipment miniaturization has become one of the development trend of modern weapons, more and more countries have pay attention to the technology of miniature guided missile. The miniature missile has many advantages and can be applied to multiple platforms and occasions, it will become the important attack weapon on the battlefield in the future. Infrared imaging guidance technology uses the thermal radiation difference between target and background to create the images of the target and the surrounding background. Infrared imaging guidance has strong anti-interference ability, so it has become an important development direction of guidance technology. According to the miniature coordinator’s technical indicators, the infrared imaging system and servo platform have been designed and researched.Firstly, the coordinator system was analyzed and classified, and then the system’s structural layout was confirmed. According to optical devices and hardware system chip, circuit and imaging system software were designed. According to the characteristics of the image stabilization schemes, the missile gyro stabilization scheme was chosen. Then the transmission form, potentiometer and gyro were selected.After the mechanical structure of infrared imaging system and the transmission shafts were designed, the mechanical structure was basically completed. Combining with the machining process, assembly process and its dynamic balance concurrent design, the mechanical structure of the coordinator system was optimized and the 3D model of the system was completed.In order to guarantee the system reliability and stability of the mechanical structure, the coordinator system model was analyzed in ANSYS Workbench:first of all, the important components of the system were carried on the statics analysis; Then according to the working temperature environment, the mechanical structure was carried on the thermal analysis under the limited temperature; Finally, according to the random vibration and shock conditions, registration coordinator device model was carried on the modal analysis, random vibration response analysis and transient dynamic analysis.Finally, the coordinator system’s parts were processed, installed and debugged, and then some related experiments were carried out.
