As the core device of the semi-physical simulation test of the infrared automatic guided missile head,the demand for it has also continuously increased.In order to avoid the inefficient use of light energy,complicated structure,inconvenience of machine assembly and adjustment,and other issues that may occur in conventional infrared target simulators,this paper designs a digital pupil device with long exit pupil distance and large exit pupil diameter.Easy to adjust infrared thermal imaging simulation system.In order to test the adaptability of the infrared target simulator in different environments,it is necessary to perform photothermal analysis of the entire instrument in the design of the infrared target simulator.Infrared target simulator will deform under the change of ambient temperature,and this distortion will affect the imaging quality of the instrument.In order to enhance the imaging quality of the infrared target simulator,it is necessary to deeply study and study the deformation of the infrared target simulator under the temperature change environment.In this paper,the system design is firstly based on the technical indicators of the infrared target simulator required in the laboratory environment.Then,the system is subjected to photothermal analysis by finite element analysis software,the finite element analysis was used to analyze the thermal deformation of each lens surface under temperature changes caused by the temperature change of the experimental conditions and the heat generated by the black body heat source itself,the parameters of the anamorphic lens will be fitted by the Zernike polynomial,fit the result of the fitting into the optical analysis software for solving,and get the modulation transfer function curve after the external conditions change.By comparing the analysis results with the design requirements,it can be seen that the infrared target simulator has good imaging quality under the change of the external conditions temperature,and the optomechanical structure design is reasonable and has certain temperature adaptability.
