Launching tube is an important part of the rocket weapon system, in the process of long-term storage, aging phenomenon inevitably occurs by various stress factors effect, it has an important influence on the reliability of weapon system. In this thesis, the glass-steel launching tube is taken as research object. The research has been done on performance evaluation indicators of aging, creep constitutive relation, the finite element simulation of creep phenomenon and life prediction.This thesis is based on glass-steel launching tube, study on aging mechanism and aging performance evaluation indicators research, and the thesis determines the outlast shape indicators and the mechanical properties of outlast indicators as the failure criterion of aging properties and life prediction.In this thesis, the mechanical characteristics under load are analyzed based on the establishment of glass-steel launching tube mechanical model. By establishing the creep model of the glass-steel launching tube, and combining with material creep characteristic curve to calculate the unknown parameters in the creep model. According to the position relation and boundary conditions of glass-steel launching tube in the storage and transport launch container, to set up a correct and reasonable finite element model of glass-steel launching tube. By making a series of creep settings to analyze creep deformation during the storage period, to judge its reliability through to verify the simulation results conform to outlast shape indicators.This thesis is according to the wet and heat acceleration model and using the wet and heat aging test data of the glass-steel launching tube, to establish its life prediction model by use the mechanical properties of outlast indicators, and calculate the storage life of glass-steel launching tube when it under the environment of storage standard.
