Blade is one of the parts that working in the worst environment and having the most complex structure in aero engine.It's also one of the most serious parts that malfunctioning in aero engine.There are many forms of blade failure,which in mainly caused by creep deformation or fracture.This paper,which regards blade as the object,starting respectively from the creep properties and microstructure,has predicted and analyzed creep life.The contents of the study as follows:(1)According to the experimental data provided by China Aviation Materials Manual and The mechanism of creep,has established and improved a prediction model that based on creep properties.This model has four kinds of time-temperature parameter method,including Larson-Miller parameter method(L-M),Ge-Dorn parameter method(G-D),Manson-Succop parameter method(M-S)and Manson-Hafered parameter method.Through these methods,combined the hot strong comprehensive parameter equation,it can predict the lasting life.(2)The paper,combining with the microstructure characteristic parameters and the test data of GH4037,has acquired the relationship between microscopic damage and performance degradation,explored the mapping relationship between the characteristic parameters of microstructure and creep life,established creep residual life prediction model combined with BP neural network based on the relationship between microscopic damage and performance degradation.(3)Combining with the creep life prediction model based on creep properties and the creep life prediction model based on metallographic microstructure,the paper has implemented predicting creep life of damaged blades made of GH4037 material under different stress,temperature or random flight course,which is based on microstructure parameters and applied the linear cumulative damage theory.(4)The paper,which is based on MATLAB/GUI,has developed the software on prediction and analysis for creep life of the blades in aero engine.Its main features include:reading and saving data,eliminating abnormal data,establishing the creep life prediction models based on the creep properties and microstructure,and the creep life prediction model under random flight course.Blade is the key part in aero engine,which has a decisive influence on the entire device.Hence,the research about creep life and its prediction methods has important significance and engineering application value.
