Yunnan province is rich in energy resources, and it is China’s hydropower enrichment region, which after Sichuan, hydropower exploitable resources in Yunnan is China’s second-biggest. Coal resources is the second place in the southern provinces, wind power resources on shore is the first place in the southern provinces. It is advocated green, low carbon, developed hydropower vigorously, developed new energy rationally, used thermal power generation rationally in Yunnan province. Although the Yunnan power layout can meet the needs of power supply, but some of the power structural problems are exposed. What future economic effectively supplement water and electricity power supply, which proportion to dry period gap has become a Yunnan power structure layout must solve the problem.This thesis is trying to conduct a research from three aspects:the Yunnan power grid power supply normal output characteristics, Yunnan power grid power supply output prediction analysis, Yunnan power grid power supply capacity of the configuration of the research in the future. Through the forecast analysis of the characteristics of the history and future of the power output and demand for electricity in the province of correlation analysis, associating the power grid, the supply side, demand side together. Through the analysis on the balance of power, putting forward a reasonable power optimization planning scheme, putting forward countermeasures and suggestions of improving the structure of the grid power supply, to determine the reasonable structure of power supply, which can provide power supply for Yunnan future scientific layout decision-making reference.This paper first overview of clean energy resources in Yunnan province and the current situation of the development of electric power industry briefly introduced, collection and analysis traditional energy and new energy capacity, adjustable unit capacity, adjusting ability and the situation of district power grid for data. This paper expounds the problems existing in the current power supply pattern in Yunnan province, proposed the next research direction and content;Secondly, analysis the province power load data and the installed capacity in recent years, analyzing the whole network, hydropower, wind power, solar energy and thermal power output characteristics in Yunnan province, getting variation trend of the characteristics of hydropower and new energy output characteristicsFinally, according to the comprehensive features of Yunnan hydropower during flood season and dry stage research results and new energy in winter and spring, summer and fall of Yunnan output characteristic research results, evaluation of new energy and traditional energy in Yunnan actually complementary skills to study, combining the Yunnan electric power demand forecasting with power demand forecasting and power supply forecasting, studying the power supply capacity optimization configuration method of Yunnan power grid during the period of " Thirteenth five-year plans ", putting forward including water and electricity, new energy and power, the power load, the other necessary non-renewable energy overall power optimized configuration scheme.
