Dynamic analysis and optimization of structure plays an important role instructural design and investigation, but structural dynarnic analysis optimization basedon probability is a more important task which must be investigated today In this paPef,the problem of structural dynamic response based on probability and optimal dynamicresponse design of structure with the reliability constraints on dynamic stress anddisplacement are studied. The random property of physics paraxneter (density andelastic module) of structural material and loads is individually or meantime consideredand structural dynamic response based on probability is analyzed. Based on theorydiscussed above, this paPer builds optimal structure mathematical model with thereliability constraints on structural dynamic response and the constraints on the upperand lower bounds of the design variables taking truss and beams as researching object,the cross-section area of truss and beams as design variables. In the optimization,distribution fimction method and safety coefficient method are individually used fordisplaying the reliability constraints in the structural model, So the constraints basedon probability in fOrm are changed into convention constTaillts in form. Finally, thestructural dynaxnic response sensitivity is analyzed and a formula for calculating thesensitivity of the reliability constraints on dynamic response is developed. Severalnumerical examples of dynamic response analysis and optimization are presented toillustrate the correctness and practicability of model of dynarnic response analysis andoptimal model built in this paper with reliability constraints on dynarnic response.
