The method of load test calibration was studied and the data processing systemwas developed on the Y7 trpe airplane measurement-cross-sections aimed at meetingthe need of engineering in the load test calibration and data processing system forlarge-sized structural components. Based on the mechanical analysis of structuralcomponents, the simplification rule for the model was presented. The scheme ofstrain-measuring bridge and optimal design were discussed. The mathematical modelof the data processing was established and the solving method was also given. Thesystem of real-time data acquisition and data processing of the load test for large-sizedstructural components was accomplished. The system has been used in theengineering practice.
