Recently, a lot of enterprises who produce gas flowmeter increase in China, the product must be measured and tested to guarantee the quality and accuracy before they are sold or used. Bell prover gas calibration facility occupies an important position in measuring gas flowmeter, But the bell prove produced by enterprise in China almost should be operated by human, in the process of calibrating, operator must obtain the data of temperature、pressure、 time、instantaneous flow and cumulative flow, and then save and calculate them, it has a lot of data and takes a lot of tme to calculate and cassette. The synchronization in the equipment is operated by human, it has shortcoming of low detection efficiency and is hard to operate, it will have mistake or error caused by human operating and it is hard to inqure.So a system designed by author is composed by ARM7and computer to realize the automatic controling and data processing.The content in this paper is as follows:In chapter one, the thesis introduces the meaning of flux measuring and gives brief introduction to the kind of gas flowmeter, and describes the structure and theory of bell prover and introduces the content of the thesis.In chapter two, the thesis introduces the hardward and software composition in the MCU, and introduces the wireless communication and commucation protocol and the intelligent algorithm.In chapter three, the thesis introduces the software composition in the computer. In the computer the author realize the record and inquiry of the measurement data with VC++and ACCESS, and introduces the ntelligent algorithm in the computer.In chapter four, the thesis introduces the base-inverted method and carrys out a feasibility analysis.In chapter five, the thesis introduces the indeterminacy analysis about this bell prover facility.In chapter six, the thesis analyses the erperimental results ang data.In chapter seven, the thesis summarizes the total thesis and introduces some theories that need more researches.
