The development and current situation of heat pipe are firstly analyzed in the article. On the basis of separate-type heat pipe and water circuit , this article develops a new kind of heat transfer equipment echanically driven separate-type heat pipe ( also named heat circuit for short) which can accomplish effective heat transfer between heat source (in the upper place) and heat sink (in the lower place) with their position and distance arbitrary. Suitable pure working fluids which are used for heat circuit under l2OC have been selected, and the methods and steps of selecting non- azeotropic mixture fluids are also given. Driving device , heat source exchanger, heat sink exchanger and pipelines are studied and analyzed. Static mathematics model of heat circuit system is established, Differences between theoretical value and actual value of heat transfer coefficient (which is used as the standard of heat circuit performance) are compared. Finally several issues (such as working fluid filling quantity, starting performance of the system, heat transfer limit, installation and energy consuming of driving device and so on) which may be met during the study of heat circuit are discussed. The article proves that heat circuit can perfectly deal with a kind of heat transfer problems and can offer new basic techniques to utilize and recover waste heat.
