At present, the economy of our coucntry is developing with a high and stable speed,which bing inevitably have bring large consumption of energy. The development of realestate industry is very fast. The position of real estate industry in our national economyis very important. Infrastructure projects is increasing,The energy consumption ofbuilding become the dominant factors of energy consumption in china.According to thestatistics, the energy consumption of building accounts for30to40%of the nation’s totalenergy consumption in developed countries.Among them,the energy consumption of theHAVC accounts for65%of total building energy consumption.And the proportion of theenergy consumption in the HVAC become bigger and bigger in building energyconsumption. As the economy is developing quickly in China and the standard of livingis improving, the requirements of indoor environments have become more sophisticatedand the building energy consumption is increasing.At present, the energy consumption ofbuilding accounts for40%of the nation’s total energy consumption in our countries.Butthe energy consumption of the HAVC accounts for50%~65%of total building energyconsumption. Therefore, the new technology, new equipment, new techniques, newmethods were applied to the design of building and the architectural design get better andbetter. The energy consumption of air conditioning systems was reduced.As we know, the heat pipe is a high efficient component of heat transfer and it waspractically used in1964. After1964, the heat pipe has been widely applied in manyareas and achieved good results. Separate type Heat Pipe is is a type of heat pipe. It notonly combines the advantages of a conventional heat pipe, but also it has uniqueadvantages. Gas and liquid flow in the same direction in heat pipe and separate type heatpipe can transport heat in the far distance. It has a very good prospect that the separatetype heat pipe is used in air conditioning systems to recover heat.This paper has analyzed running rules and features of the separated type heat pipebased on the known experimental conclusions. This paper has given a deep research tothe separated type heat pipe by experimental methods. This paper analyzes the impact ofthe charging ratio, air velocity, air temperature on the heat transfer characteristics of theheat recovery and separate type heat pipe exchanger by a large number of experiments.The optimal charging ratio of the separate type heat pipe was obtained. The experimentalresults and theoretical analysis show that the ways of heat exchange is forced convectionheat transfer of gas and liquid in the evaporation section of the separated type heat pipewhen there is a small amount of liquor.With the increasing of quantity of injection,theways of heat exchange changes gradually.When the quantity of injection of the workingfluid is1.3kg, the way of heat exchange is transition-type heat exchange. At the same time,the temperature distribution of condenser section is irregular and the way of heatexchange of condenser section is complex. When the velocity of air is greater than5m/s, the velocity has little effect on the dehumidification efficiency. The methods ofimproving the heat transfer characteristics of the separate type heat pipe were proposedbased on the experimental studies.
