Analysis Of The Kinetics Of Impacting Roller

In China, the construction of basic establishments is in the ascendant ,road construction and its investment is expanding steadily. So the need of groundwork compaction is also rising. But the traditional compacting machines have many shortcomings .For example they are inefficient and the deepness of its influence is too shallow. In such circumstance, We uesearch and produce the impactor. This paper establishes the mathematics model of the impactor by two means(one is the software of Mechanical Desktop and Working Model 3D the other is the author抯 own program).The author make the simulation of the impactor and calculate the moving rules of different parts of die impactor.At the same time the comparison of two methods is made. The results can do for parts of the experimentation and help the design of the impactor. Farther mace the program can help the optimization of the impactor.
