| Online analysis about thermal economical performance of large steam turbine unit on full work conditions was studied deeply in this paper and the studis were mainly focused on the following serverl aspects: 1 .Reliability of real-time collected data was analyzed and amending measure was taken;Appropriate data transfer scheme was put forward through researching several problems about data communication. 2.Network method of power plant heat system calculation based on fluid network theory was established and graphical modeling was studied. 3 .Maths models of online Analysis of thermal Economical Performance were established and some familiar problems were researched during the course of building Maths model. 4.Concept of real-time criterion work condition was introduced and real-time consuming difference analysis can be done;Faults diagnosis system was studied and faults of condenser and high pressure heater were diagnosed and analyzed. 5.Thermal economical performance calculating method of unit on full work conditions was studied and solution of steam turbine unit thermal economical performance on full work conditions was put forward on the basis of former research. 6.Visual and entirely graphical interfaces software was realized using VC++ 6.0 and SYBASE database. |
