Recently, the VVVF technology became mature with thedevelopment of power-electronics. The research of voltage andcurrent mode PWM transducer has been greatly developed, thesetransducers were mainly used for asynchronous motor control. It hasgood VVVF performance and high efficiency. Early to 1995, it hasbeen brought forward the research of interface between transducerand PC. But by now, there was little research about it. A visualizationVVVF system has been developed in this topic, it is a true-senseinterface system between PC and transducer. Along with thepopularization of PC, there is much more potential of this system tothat of isolated transducer.The system is made of the singlechip and PC for excellentreal-time control and richful graphical interfaces. There is twoworking mode of it, online or offline. while working in offline(NOPC) mode, additionally to normal transducer, it has soft-startupfunction and fast-stop function. And the input of frequency andvoltage-coefficient is optional. While working in online mode,additionally to working in offline mode, it can process, display, saveand load waveform, which is specialty of computer. Tbe waveformincludes transient waveform and curve of some process-parameter,etc. A 4-line mode and changeable baud-rate serial communication isused for connecting transducer and controller. That it can be agilelyoperated and its powerful graphical-interfaces is the distinctcharacteristic of the system.
