Ground source Heat Pump(GSHP) is becoming the more and more focus of the word's attention as a HVAC technique of energy saving and environment protection. This paper summarized the research and development of GSHP oversea and in our country, provided several typical heat transfer modelings and introduced neural network (NN) methology and its current application situation in HVAC field. This paper introduced the experimental results for Ground-Source water/water Heat Pump ,analyzed the effects of the variety flux on system performance coefficients, which showed that the optimal operation flux is 1000(L/h) and provided the heat exchange rate per unit depth of coil,45~80(W/m).Compared the exchang-heat-curveline in winter with that in summer, through which showed the advantages of GSHP in mode of heating and cooling on long-period operation. In the paper, with system energy balance method and heat conductive equations,on tne basis of short time heat transfer modeling established the long time modeling , considering heat interference in thermal well group. This paper used the finit element method for element division and computer analysis, and provided the operation temperature figure.Acquired computation values agreed well with experimental results, the most difference between them was 5.13%.The neural network methology for heat transfer system of underground heat exchanger was also introduced, which lay emphasis on systematics, entirety and fuzzy systematics, and established predication modeling using neural network. From the computer simulation results,it was concluded that with NN modeling the precision was very high.It is worth to developed and applied for engeering practice and different situation.
