Some problems concluding characteristics analysis, element model study of turbine, generator and electrical network, remote monitoring and diagnosis system design, are very important projects on torsional vibration of turbogenerator. (1) Based on analogous principle of the mechanical and electrical, a new algorithm, which concerns damping coefficient and attaching mass for turbogenerator shaft torsional vibration, is put forward, which is nanied four-terminal netwotk method. This model is an accurate lowtep distributing mass model, which tries to simplify the process of calculating the torsional vibration characteristics. With the example of 200MW turbogenerator shafts, a simulation calculation is carried out, and the calculated result is compared with the Holzer's. (2) The element models of turbine, generator and electrical network combining system concluding turbogeneratoi- shafts, turbine and adjusting system, turbogenerator, magnetism stimulating system, and electrical network, are established in. theory. The combined solutions of the mechanical and electrical system are brought out by way of the relation of each terminal parameter. (3 ) Around with the development on remote monitoring and diagnosissystem ofturbogenerator set, the general design of system, the design methodand function analysis of local monitoring and diagnosis system, the datacommunication netWork system, the realizatiofl method of system functionsand key technologies of remote diagnosis center are systematically studied.
