The Specialist System Of Steady Supervisory And Fault Diagnosis Of Henan Electric Network

With analyzing the character of HENAN provincial elelctric network, the fault styles and protectective relays of the network , this paper described a specialist system used in the steady supervisory and fault diagnosis of the elcectric power system. In the steady section, a knowledge base including specialist rules was introduced. In estimating fault section, first of all, the module about the fault equipment was set according to the reaction between the equipment and the circuit breakers. Secondly, input the protecitive relay informations of the circuit breakers, Finally, With testifying the credible degree of the reaction of the breakers and the relays, the fault location was affirmed. This method can accurately estimate the fault of the trasmission line and the transformer and the bus. At the end of this paper, the specialist system is undergoing a lot of tests of all sorts of system faults.
