The work of the traditional intergrated substaition automation, debugging, acceptancetests, periodical examination as well as data maintenance at the later period, need a lot ofmanpower and material resources with the continuous expanding power grid scale, the rapidlyincreasing numbers of substations. The frequently changing data and accuracy of thesubstation terminal have a direct affects on the changes and accuracy of the datas of themaster substation, for the datas of the dispatching center were derived from the substationtermimal. Correspondingly, the datas of the dispatching center were needed to changingfrequencly. All of these have been caused the problem of data isolation, scattered, disunity,especially obvious, as well as the lack of personnel resources of the power system.Specific to this current situation, this thesis carried out related research of the power gridsecondary integration work. The the fusion of Power system dispatching network and Relayprotection and fault information network of substation were studied deeply, and the specificsolution including the dispatching system of the master station, the relay protection andfault information network system data network fusion shwere. The dispatching master stationand the relay protection and fault information network station were unified. To shwere theremote measurement messeges, remote communication messeges, the defult messeges etc,and simplify the core problems of the data debugging, acceptance tests, periodicalexamination, this thesis makes the datas of the substation and the relay protection and faultinformation network substation unity and compromise to intelligent direction.First, this thesis deeply analyses the hardware foundation of the substation automationand dispatching data network, the channels and communication protocols of the fusion ofpower system dispatching network and relay protection and fault information network used,the key technology of the communication structure, fusion method and the source terminalmaintenance network of the110kV/220kV/500kV voltage level substation master grid. Then,two kinds of fusion method were proposed based on TCP/IP and Subnet network technology.The specific realization method and test method were studied, and the test results wereanalysed in detail. The test results show that the proposed two methods were effective.And then technology of CIMå’ŒSVG is studied in the IEC61970-based source terminalmaintenance and the fusion of power system dispatching network. This thesis thoroughlystudied the source terminal maintenance and the fusion of power system dispatching networkand pelay protection and fault information network. The specific realization method and test method were studied, and the test results were analysed in detail. According to the test resultsand the current technical level, the improved method was proposed and the technologydifficulties of the proposed method was analysed.This thesis finally in-depth analysed the risk of the dispatching data network fusion andthe source teminal maintenance. In view of the practical application of possible technologyand human problem, the corresponding solution was brought forward, and the risk in the keytetchnology of practical application and were analysed.
