The paper develops a PSASP-Based Interactive Graphic Package with user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) and Visual Database Management System (VDBMS) for power system analysis and transient stability assessment. There are several functions in the software as following: free creation of power system picture, GUI of load flow calculation and transient stability calculation, transient stability assessment based on ANN.
