The pressure gauge has been applying much widely in the production and the scientific research. In order to guarantee the veracity of pressure measuring, the pressure gauge must be certificated periodically according to the determinate request. The certification of pressure gauge goes through two stages of manual certification and automatic certification .At present, the status of domestic automatic certification is lagging relatively. How to solve this problem is a worry of domestic research and development personnel. To improve the status , researching a high efficiency .stable .accurate and automatic certification system of pressure gauge has become a significative task.In these years , image measuring has been used in every walk of life gradually .This paper discusses the characteristic, the virtue and the application of digital image measuring .In this paper .after analyzing the practical situation and theory, it has confirmed the project that identify automatically the pointer and the reticle of the pressure gauge with technique of optic photographic system, image process and automatic identification . It solves the problem of automatically certificating the indicating value of the pressure gauge .A automatic certification system has been developed which includes many techniques such as computer, image process and identification , automatic control and optic and so on .This system makes useof the basal thought of image processing. It employs a series of processing methods. For example, it employs different method of threshold according to illumination and the characteristic of the dial plate; employs the method of mathematic form filtering according to the thought of the line is the most important in image; employs the method of beeline matching according to the characteristic of the line. This system provides with high automation , good repeat .The precision of this system has reached the request .Abundant experiment has proved that this system gives a feasible method in the certification of the pressure gauge. |
