With the rapid development of China's high-speed railways,high-speed rail has become increasingly demanding on the geometric state of the rail during operation.The static and precise adjustment planned for the geometric dimensions of high-speed rail tracks is an important part of HSR operations.Traditional gauge precision adjustment is manually adopted crowbar to achieve accuracy is difficult to guarantee and labor-intensive operation.In order to automate the gauge gauge adjustment and improve the degree of automation,the track gauge data real-time transmission technology is particularly important.The real-time transmission of measurement data is an indispensable key technology in track gauge automation.The traditional track gauge can only save the measurement data and can not transmit the data in real time.In this paper,a track gauge data transmission system based on STM32F4 is designed.The system can be installed in the track gauge car,through the track gauge reading part of the display image acquisition and identification,gauge data can be displayed on the LCD screen,and recognition results through the serial port to the host computer software to achieve Real-time transmission gauge function.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)In theory,first of all,the image recognition algorithm is studied,including the algorithm of image gray transform,binarization and image scaling,and the algorithm is improved to make it suitable for embedded systems.Afterwards,the image processing model was built under the MATLAB platform,and the effect of the improved algorithm and the feasibility of the overall scheme were verified.The algorithm is implemented in C language and applied to STM32 embedded system.(2)Based on the theoretical analysis,the hardware circuit design of the system is completed according to the design requirements of the system,including the design of the track gauge image acquisition module,the LCD display module,the USART serial port transmission module and other related circuits.(3)the system software design and algorithm migration is completed.Through the deep research on STM32 standard library function,register function and each sub-module Data Sheet,the software design idea,the software design flow chart and the important function of the function are expounded in detail.And in the Keil development environment to complete the algorithm migration,to achieve system functions.Finally,through the data transmission system testing,verify its accuracy and real-time.Test results show that: The system has a high recognition rate,and real-time transmission through the USART serial port to the host computer.System is easy to use,cost-effective,based on theoretical innovation,but also has high application value.
