The Development Of A New Type Of Measuring System Of Ion Migration Test For Insulators

A new type of measuring system for insulators of ion migration test is presented in this thesis. This system is a totally automatic measuring and analyzing system with wide measuring range (from 10-16 to 10-2A) and high precision (0.2%) which is first developed in china. A 50-loop current measurement and control system, and a micro-current automatically cycling measurement system together with its three-level protecting system are developed in this thesis. Additionally, a software package for this measuring system of ion migration test is developed successfully. It has the capability of controlling several hardware devices coordinately and synchronously, such as real-time control (up to 100 I/O nodes). It also has the capability of auto-storage of measuring data, auto-analyzing of cumulated charge.We do the ion migration test for insulators by using the developed measuring system in our lab, it shows its high precision, high stability, reliability and automation with the great practicability.
