Study And Design Of Cool Control System Of Transformer With Solid State Relay

This paper analyzed the current situation of cool control system of transformer in substation and presented a new cool control system in which the traditional switch was replaced by solid state relay (SSR). The main work of the paper is as flows:(l)The principle of cool control is presented by analyzing the relation between load and temperature of transformer oil.(2)Analyzed the working principle of SSR and gave out the control circuit of SSR.(3) The circuit of load and temperature measuring is designed.(4)The equipment of cool control of transformer with SSR is invented and the filed test is made.
