In response to the energy crisis and the associated environmental crisis,some scholars have proposed the concept of energy Internet,which aims to make full use of distributed energy generation systems,especially renewable energy power generation systems,to alleviate the dependence on fossil energy and realize the energy of all human beings.The transformation of the consumption structure.At present,major countries in the world have successively launched energy Internet projects.The common point is to emulate the modern network technology with router as the core.Energy Internet uses energy router as the core link.Therefore,the research of energy router is of great significance to the development of future power grid..The main functions of the energy router include power transmission function,energy storage function and intelligent communication function.Its core function is the power transmission function based on power electronic technology.The core equipment for energy routers to realize power conversion is solid state transformers,also known as power electronic transformers,electronic power transformers or smart transformers.Solid-state transformers combine high-frequency transformers and power electronics technology,and have functions such as electrical isolation,voltage conversion,and reactive power compensation,which play an important role in improving the intelligence of power grid equipment.Therefore,the research on solid-state transformers is irreplaceable for the realization of energy routers.effect.This research firstly introduces the topological structure of energy routers with solid-state transformers as the core at home and abroad,and analyzes the topological structure,principle and control method of solid-state transformers at home and abroad.Then,based on the topology of three-stage solid-state transformers,the solid state is analyzed.The working characteristics of transformer rectification,isolation and inverter are given respectively.The electrical parameters design method and control system parameter design method of main circuit are given.At the same time,using Matlab simulation tool,the main circuit simulation model and control system simulation model of solid-state transformer rectifier,isolation and inverter are built in Simulink environment.In the solid-state transformer rectification section,this paper adopts a double closed-loop control strategy.When the load fluctuates,the input voltage and current of the generator side can be better followed,and the DC side output voltage has a dynamic response.In the solidstate transformer isolation,a simple phase shift control strategy is adopted.In the inverter phase of solidstate transformer,this paper adopts a double closed-loop control model based on SVPWM modulation.By comparing the simulation analysis with the theoretical analysis,the validity and applicability of the main circuit parameter design method and the control strategy parameter design method for each link of the solid state transformer are verified.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,this paper carries out the hardware design of power electronic solid-state transformer,which mainly includes the selection of control system digital chip and the selection of main circuit switching device.Using TI's TMS320F28335 chip as the processor and CCS6.0 as the programming environment,the control system main program and interrupt subroutine code are designed.A 10 kW/380 V solid-state transformer was built.Finally,the load disturbance in the energy router was simulated.Simple experiments under various working conditions were carried out on the prototype to verify the functions of the rectifier link,isolation link and inverter link of the solid-state transformer.Comparing the experimental results,theoretical analysis results and simulation results,the feasibility of parameter design and control system parameter design of power electronic solid state transformer is tested.
