The Study On Urban Area Spatial Spread Of Changchun City

Big city is in the highest flight in modern social activity and economic activity. In comparison to the medial city and small city, the big city has better conglomeration economy, running efficiency and economic profit, which explains the increasing tendency of the big city in the world. During the course of the development, the big city are also confronted with traffic jam, space congestion, environmental pollution and other city problems, but they don't always belong to the big city and can be eliminated and avoided by orderly spread of urban area and optimization of the urban spatial arrangement. In the era of fast increasing of the population and sharpening of the contradiction between population and the land, we should pay more attention to lead the big city to spread well, not to control the spread tendency of the big city.Under that background, the aim of the essay is to resolve the problem of how the urban area of Changchun city spread on the basis of the analysis on the spread history and actuality of the urban area .The correlative theories of urban geography and urban economics are used and the contrastive method, history relational and analytic approach are applied in the essay . The main body of the essay consists of three parts .In part one, the present writer has discussed the macro background of the study on the urban area spread of the big city, which consists of three sections: tendency of the acceleratingurbanization and metropolis-lization, the dynamic mechanism and the spread model and principal character of the western megalopolis, spread necessity and spread mode of Chinese big city area .In part two, on the basis of analyzing the history and the actuality of the urban area spread, the present writer has found out the main problem in the urban area spread.In the third part, the spread mode, direction and the spread location of the urban area has been given on the basis of systematical analysis on influential actors and dynamic mechanism. The urban area configuration and structure has been built up at the end.
