| On the basis of looking up domestic and foreign literatures and consulting the facts of repairing factory, with 495T diesel engine machine as the study object and the fuel delivery advance angle as the study factor, this thesis has probed into the effect of the deviation of fuel delivery advance angle in each cylinder on exhaust and other performance of engine. Firstly, according to National Standard GB1105-87, Performance Test Methods for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine, using the fuel injection pump that the equal interval of fuel delivery advance angle between each cylinder have been adjusted on the injection pump test stand, with the first cylinder as the standard cylinder, the data of power and fuel consumption are obtained under the standard operation through the change of fuel delivery advance angle, the regression equation on power and advance angle is established, and hence the best delivery advance angle is found out for the first cylinder .Secondly ,on bench test stand ,with the first cylinder as standard cylinder ,making sure that the injection pump on the best delivery advance angle , the fuel delivery advance angle and fuel consumption in different speeds for each cylinder are measured, and the deviations of the fuel delivery advance angle between the first cylinder and other cylinder are found,according to National Standard GB3846-93 ,Measure Method of Free Accelerate Smoke Emission of Diesel Oil Vehicle , the free accelerate smoke emission is measured; the data are analyzed and processed with error theory to assure the accuracy of result .Once again, the solution plan is proposed to corresponding adjustment of the fuel injection pump according to the result ;with the same way to carry out the comparability and verification test of fuel delivery advance angle ,fuel consumption and free accelerate smoke emission after the fuel injection pump has been adjusted again ,in order to prove the availability of solution plan ;and processing data with error theory ,the problem about the selection and adaptation of fuel delivery advance angle is proposed .At last ,with crankshaft and cam as the main factors the cause of deviation in fuel delivery advance angle are discussed .The research result shows that the best fuel delivery advance angle of diesel engine used has been changed; with the first cylinder as the standard, the deviation of the fuel delivery advance angle between the first cylinder and other cylinder surpasses allowed range; the smoke emission and fuel consumption can be decreased and delivering fuel to each cylinder at the right time can be assured, through the selection and adaptation of fuel delivery advance angle .The foregoing shows that selection and adaptation of fuel delivery advance angle have practical meaning .It is proposed that strengthening the quality of maintenance and service and retaining the good technical conditions of diesel engine are an available approach of reducing smoke emission. |
