QR－METHOD FOR GEOMETRIC NONLINEAR DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF TALL FRAMES

This paper focuses on the research of geometric nonlinear dynamic analysis of tall frames 0 First I have built up linear dynamic equation and geometric nonlinear dynamic equation by QR-method, then I have adopted unconditional stability algorithm and spline initial stiffness method to work out the dynamic responses and nonlinear dynamic responses of tall frames, at last I have written a corresponding computer program with C, and solved some problems with it ?This method avoids the great difficulties and shortcomings of traditional methods 0 The results show that this method not only is simple but also has high precision and good convergence, So it is a economical and effective new method ?This paper is valuable not only in theory but also in practic...
