With the development of new power electronic component and computer technology, high performance asynchronous motor system has been applied extensively. However, any high performance alternating current (AC) adjusting-speed system can not depart from digital signal processor. New F24X/C24X series DSP is designed by TI inc. to meet a wide range of digital motor control(DMC) application. It not only hab high speed as normal DSP, but also has the control function for three-phase AC adjusting-speed system.The AC-DC-AC voltage source inverter (VSI) main circuit and TMS320F240 are selected to form high performance alternating current (AC) adjusting-speed system in this dissertation after detail schemes argumentation. And normal variable-frequenr} system has been contacted with PC and a visualization VVVF system has been developed based on their respective advantages. The approximate computation method is used in float point computation of system's control algorithms on fixed-point DSP after comparing several methods in respect of running time and program space involved, which attains quick computation besides high precision and implements output voltaic with low harmonic and high control precision of frequency. Additionally to the function of normal transducer, the visualization software also has the abilities such as graphic processing, display, save and load waveform, which is specialty of computer. At the same time, remote network control is applied in the system. The operator can control one equipment or more, even can control several equipments in different places. Sr?central supervise and control is realized.The system has reached control goal by experimental verification, the experimental results shows that the system has stable performance, runs well, can be monitored andcontroled conveniently. At the same time, the system also has strong expansibility, portability and high use value.
