Since the vector control principle was derived,the synchronous speed control system develop fastly.In recent years,with the development of fuzzy control theory,it is used into vector control theory,and it improve synchronous speed control system's dynamic and static state characteristics further.The synchronous vector control system need the rotor's position.This paper use the current-model flux observe methord to find out it.Afterwards ,according Transform from three phase static coordinate system to two phase rotate coordinate system,we decouple the stator current into excitation component and torque component and then contorl the two component using PI controller separately.Considing the system's dynamic and static state characteristics in control course synthetically , we can draw up the PI and PID controller's parameters.Considerring the calculated parameters and practical debugging effect,we draw up the controller's each parameters finlly.Using Matlab/Simulink to set up synchronous vector control system simulation model,though simulaton text,we observe synchronous vector control's effect.In order to improve speed characteristics,this paper design fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller instead of traditional PID controller.Input variable of fuzzy controller is speed error'e'and speed error rate'ec'fed back. In controlling course,fuzzy controller determine three output variable ?k p,?k iand depending fuzzy control regulation (summarize of speed control knowledge and time and time debugging experience ),realizing PID's three parameters adjustment real time.Then we replace traditional PID controller with fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller based on The synchronous vector control system.Using Matlab/Simulink to set up simulation model , through simnlation experiment,we text vector control based on fuzzy self-adjusting PID have characteristics of reducing speed over shoot and improving static precision.
