The paper mainly elaborates optimizing design of the automatic insertion system of Alkaline-MnO2 battery, virtual design and hardware&software design of control system. According to the results of optimism theory, technical structural creative design and virtual design are made on automatic insertion system of Alkaline-MnOi battery. Research on electromagnetic vibratory feeder is also be made.In the design process of the project, firstly the principle scheme is figured out with the theory of "black box". Constringency is done after the sub-functional solutions are acquired. In order to find out the best one within the final solutions, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced into the thesis. Finally, the optimal project is the automatic assemble machine which integrate mechanism, electric and gas.The method of virtual design is the result of the highly development of the CAD technology. In mechanical industry, it can shorten the design period, improve the design quality and advance the design efficiency. It is the necessary tendency of mechanical industry. In the thesis, this work is done with Pro/Engineer, including 3-dimension virtual machine modeling, interface testing and layout design. All the work exploit the way of using virtual design in mechanical industry.Practical applications indicate that the automatic insertion system of cathode of Alkaline-MnO2 battery meets the design request. It works well: the exception rate is low and the automatization degree is high. This design fruit is a successful example by using modern design theory to do creative design. The method used in this design is worth being spreaded to the process of developing and design of other mechanism of Alkaline-MnOa battery.
