| The paper mainly elaborates optimizing the design of the machine of alkaline Zn-MnC>2 battery with Fuzzy Theory, virtual design(VD) and hardware&software design of control system. According to the results of optimism theory, technical structural creative design and hardware&software design are made on alkaline zn-MnO2 battery automatic checker system. And 3-demention model of workpiece and the prototype machine is get by the virtual design of the automatic checker system.In the process of optimizing design, the qualified design scheme is made by divergently solving plan of Black-box theory in Mathematics and then optimizing it by the knowledge of synthesized fuzzy judge. By studying the optimized scheme, character of automatic checker system and design requirement, the automatic checker system is virtually designed by the UGII VI6. In the process of VD I adopt parameter design and variable design to different workpieces to set 3-demention model. After finishing 3-degree model, virtual assemble is carried out to the automatic checker system and then checking up interference& dynamic simulation are made. And it can help determine whether the system is good or not. VD makes the automatic checker system to be manufactured in the computer. The control system design is designed to movement and measure parameters to satisfied the requirement of design and technics. In the control system design application and choices is elaborated. And mathematics modeling is made to the checking principle. By testing the performance parameters of experimental prototype, its performance index can meet the technical and performance requirement.The method of design and experiment presented in the paper are deduced from the experience of multi-parameter design aiming at the structure and dynamic characters of alkaline zn-MnO2 battery automatic checker system. It can also be used in the development and design of other Alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery machine.
