In this thesis, the flaw and the accident in building structure are analyzed, and the basic causes that lead to the structure quality are found out. This provides the theory basis for building construction maintenance and reinforcement.The gray model GM(1,1) in the Gray Theory is established to forecast the subsidence successfully, and the Verhulst Model is also established to estimate subsidence tendency of a building.The new method concerning the influence factors of the structure quality (the gray related degree analysis way) is provided, so the primary and secondary relations about the respective factors are determined.The author thinks that the practical application in forecasting the subsidence and deformation of a building is very prosperous. The application in the quality analysis of structure provides a theory basis for quality control.
