In this paper the heat transfer performance and operating performance of the dry removal system of slag of the power plant boilers is studied in detail. The author has set up the digital model of the cooling process of the steel-belt slag conveyor, and studied the cooled performance of hot slag by air. On the basis, the result of study is confirmed by contrasting with the experiment data. Furthermore, the author puts forward the computation method of the cooling process, and designs the program for the design and choice of the steel belt. So the question of the design and choice of the steel belt of the dry removal of slag is resolved. Finally the betterment design of the steel belt and the effective measures for decreasing the cost and bettering the efficient of the heat transfer are provided.Moreover, the author computes the effect of the leaking air in the bottom of the boiler on the boiler heat efficient, the outlet flue temperature of the furnace and so on. So the effect of the dry removal system of slag on the safe and economical operating of boilers is studied. This can provide technical support and theoretical directions for the economical operating of this system.
