Supercharged boiler, as the minion of marine boiler, has many advantages, includingsmall size, light weight, good flexibility, economy and so on. Marine boiler as the core ofsteam power plant, its parameters and performance will directly determine the performance ofsteam power system. In order to meet the requirements of high performance ship developing;the research of supercharged boiler has become the core direction.This thesis takes SZS (Z)1.5-1.27/350-Y type supercharged boiler test as main objectof research, based on the thermodynamic theory to make analysis and summary to heatbalance of supercharged boiler,as a result that under the condition of supercharged boilerbalance work, the heat of auxiliary steam turbine must be considered in heat balance ofsupercharged boiler. Concluded suitable calculation formula of heat balance; For smallsupercharged boiler test-bed, this paper gives the calculation formula of some heat loss,especially providing the calculation process of the chemical incomplete combustion losingaccording to the measured data, giving the heat losing calculation method to superchargedboiler with air sandwich, and making the calculation results compared to Standard value.Considering from heating principle of the Marine supercharged boiler, analyzing theeffect of the convective heat to the Marine supercharged boiler furnace calculation; the paperput forward a kind of applicable calculation method which considers of convection to Marinesupercharged boiler furnace, Using the calculation formula of specific pressure boiler furnaceheat transfer calculation, the calculation results found that convection calculation formula canbe considered that furnace outlet smoke temperature was lower than those of withoutconsidering convection theory calculated value50-90℃; Through comparison andexperimental data, the calculation method is verified and calculated considering convectionchamber of a stove or furnace conditions of the furnace outlet smoke temperature closer to theexperimental value, it is concluded that the heat exchange of supercharged boiler furnaceshould consider convection.Based on thermodynamic calculation method of Marine supercharged boiler, smallsupercharged boiler test simulation model is established; And using C language to compiledthe simulation program, realized the small supercharged boiler test simulation; By OPC andEmCAN software to realize the function of simulation and experiment synchronouscombination, finally through the test bench has done experiment and the revised model ofsteady state and dynamic simulation experiment, comparison and analysis, real-time, accurate and reliability of the simulation model was verified, good simulation model can be adjustedthe contrast of experiment and simulation, track, optimization and fault diagnosis work,promotion laid the foundation for the simulation results.
