The project is to design and research an information management system of Electric Power marketing in order to strengthen marketing management of electric power enterprises and adapt the development of market economy.About the marketing information management system's design and implement, firstly, the paper analyses the presently situation, existed problems, being changed aspects of local province's electric power corporations. As for the macro-design of the system, the paper then applies data stream method to put forward the function, database and logical structure design of system, emphasizes software and hardware reality of the global system, at last, does particular design for every sub-system to realize the system function.One key point of the project is to establish sub-system of customer service center. Along with the development of computer technology, the coming of the information era, customers should be informed quickly and easily, and enjoy services conveniently, just for these requirements, the paper emphasizes the design of customer service center. Design of the system including function Expatiation of customer service center and research, design of every sub-modal satisfies practical needs completely. The paper also puts forward the feasibility design of customer service center in the net.The project is based on practical statement of electric power corporation's marketing management, establishing customer service center system is its key point, example indicates that operation procedures is simpler and veracious, the system is practical manipulated easily and can master customers' information in time. The design would have better effect on adapting electric power corporation to marketing economy, strengthening marketing management and achieving "adding supply and enlarging sell ", it would be of great application foreground in the future.
