High pressure shot grouting method,which is developed in recent years,is a technique to consolidate strata and has been unceasingly improved and utilized in different domains with its advantages of extensive utility scope,adaptable different strata,simple and flexible construction,controllable quantity and convenient management as well. A whole set of design scheme and construction program has been worked out and utilized in metro engineering in this thesis through the analysis and study on high pressure shot grouting method.The principle of high pressure shot grouting method has been studied from its properties,utility scope,action mechanism according to all parameters obtained from different strata conditions and construction technique,and a whole set of integrated design procedure and design scheme has been provided for construction respectively.Every construction method of high pressure shot grouting has also been introduced in this thesis,and the construction equipments,construction procedures,operation rules and common issues encountered during construction and quality test have also been elucidated in detail,the obtained results can be used as a guide document for in-suit strata consolidation with high pressure shot grouting method.Analysis has been concentrated upon the triple-pipe construction method in this thesis. Detailed introduction has been carried out from the cut of earth by means of gaseous-hydraulic co-axial composite grouting flow to the principle of earth stabilization,from the makeup of grouting liquid to the equipments,types of instruments,operation regulations and means of quality control required in every link of grouting.To take an actual example,the triple pipe method has been adopted to consolidate the surrounding soil by rotary shot grouting pile and swaying shot diaphragm wall in the construction of vertical shaft and access drift of running tunnel from Martyr's Park to Dong Shan kou station in No.l line of Guangzhou Metro. It turns out that this method has met the double effect of both construction support and waterproof.It has been proved that the design and construction organization presented in this thesis for the strata consolidation by means of high pressure shot grouting method be a success,and the design procedure and construction scheme can provide a guide for soft foundation treatment and waterproof in underground engineering.
