The Shell-pipe heat exchanger is used widely in industry. In order to enhance heat transfer,finned-pipe technology is developed increasingly. If fmned-pipe is used in air cooler, it enhanceheat transfer and can replace water, then economize lots of water. But with the efficiency of heattransfer increased, power consume is increased, so we must do optimization design based onfactor having effect on heat-exchanger for industry and this paper's research is carried on :1 Based on the analysis of existing reinforced heat transfer of finned Shell and Tube heatexchanger , the system of finned Shell and Tube heat exchanger CAD and the optimumdesign is developed. It consists of several subsystems such as technical calculation of finnedheat exchanger, general optimization design of shell-line, furry optimization design ofpipe-line and so on. Its kernel of finned Shell and Tube heat exchanger CAD and theoptimum design is technical calculation of finned heat exchanger.2 Using database technology, equipment material database are designed and constructed, they are independent, open and reliable with shared data ,it is easily to get data from the database and charts by automatic query of computer, which is developed based on Visual Basic 6.0.3 The optimization design model of plant finned heat exchanger is put forward . Its object function is minimizing the shell drag and its conditions restriction is load of heat transfer and sizes of air side.4 By using the theory of fury multi-goal optimization design in furry mathematics, this paper processes a optimization design on the structure parameters of finned Shell and Tube heat exchanger, in order to reduce flow losing under suffice heat transfer intensity condition.5 The system's framework adopts three-tiered (multi-tiered) application program architectures that makes the system has outstanding expandability and transplantability.
