Accident became a societal trouble from more serious to more serious, especially the accident that the vehicle's tires were exploring on th s speedway ,which have instantaneous, continuity ,harmful-ness. they were been impossible to defend effectively and been harmful for ours lives and property.That was based on the investigation, if the dangerous signal been in the motion were forecast before the tire were explored, and make the drivers take some measure, the traffic accident could be avoided .For example to decelerate, to stop inspecting. On the speedway, it was one of the main reasons that the directed tire were explored lead to the traffic accident.This article talks about the early-warning device when the directive tires exploded. For gathering the signal of the deformation of the tires exactly, we make the tire the researching subject. We have analyzed the reciprocal action process between the tires and the roads, the tires' deformation process and the different forms of the forces, which effect on the tires. On the base of the detailed research in the deformation and the effected forces of the tires, we talk about the reasons which caused tires exploded also. Wtat's m ss more, we h ave nade a comparison on how to prevent the exploding, and have filtrated already the best way to prevent it.We have chosen the new style and sensitive material -- the voltage-inductedand electricity-conductive rubber. It is not only the rubber but also the good voltage-inducted material. And it is the hard-core, which is used to receive the information of the tires' pressure and thermal c pressuons. We have tested the (resilience 弹性模量) and the resistance rate of this rubber, and have drown a conclusion. In succession, we have made the idiographic design and drown the elements picture on how to utilize this rubber to gather the correlative signal of the tires' deformation. The result of the design can translate the information of the deformation and the effected forces of the inner tubes and the tires into the changes of the resistance. Then the sensor devices will transform the varieties of resistance into the varieties of the voltage, and finish the work of gathering the signal.In succession, we have designed and discussed the all and the one. The good voltage-inducted electricity-conductive rubber was the headstream of the sensors, which the signals were gathered. This rubber set not all the surge and blast-off but also to be received. And this article expounded how the circuitry-signal prevented from disturbing and recorded.If this device were turn into the reality, this accident would be reduced, people were benefited for it. Last the article prospected that the early warning device would be use in the future.
