By analyzing the status of trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle in the coal mine, a newdrive system of trackless electric vehicle based on DSP is researched. With the dedicated chipTMS320F2812as the core on motor controlling, the technology of vector control makesinduction motor decoupled. The detailed studies are as follows:Firstly, as the research object, the three-phase AC induction motor is studied by thetechnology of vector control oriented in the rotor field directly. Through coordinatetransformation, the field-oriented vector control system model was built in three coordinatesystems which can be converted mutually, achieving the goal of the rotor flux and torquecontrolled separately.Secondly, after comparing and analysis several methods of pulse width modulation, thehysteretic current tracking control algorithm is adopted. And a double-loop vector controlsystem is designed for asynchronous motors. In Matlab/Simulink, the model of the vectorcontrol algorithm is built and simulated. And the waveform diagram of running motorillustrates the effectiveness of this program..Then, the hardware and software components of the drive system will be designed. Thehardware structure of drive control system on the induction motor is completed, which takesTMS320F2812chip as the core. And the devices of IPM main power circuit, control systemcircuit and detection circuit are choosed. In software development platform CCS3.3, thesoftware flows of each module are designed. Through debugging the hardware and softwaretogether, the high-performance verifies the superiority of control system.Finally, based on the experiments,the experimental results and the simulation results arecompared and discussed. The results show that the drive system of trackless electric vehicle iscorrect, and it lays a solid foundation for the application of the trackless electric vehicles incoal mine.
