It is the primary trend of the development of mechanical industrial technology and products in the world nowadays. 3D~Mechanical Engraving Plotter is a typical mechatronics products, it has marketability foreground in the advertising.The thesis in brief introduces the genesis and developmental status quo of Engraving Plotter, analyses characteristics of inland and overseas Plotters, and explains its function and use range. Based on systemic viewpoint, we frames the designing scheme on the whole, according to elemental principles, pivotal technology, and designing rules of mechatronics products, applying correlative technologies and making them an organic whole. We analyze the overall arrangement and framework, the movement mode of numerical control system, the select of main movement system and feed movement system etc, based on LAE500-80, which is a type of 3D-Mechanical Engraving Plotters. We design and realize the mechanical system, which includes the necessary calculation of its main movement system and feed movement system, the numerical control system, which includes hardware choice and software structure respectively. As well as we select and analyze and realize the process of 3D-Engrave interpolation arithmetic. Optimization of the system is realized.The aim of the task is that the independent ability may be improved to study and manufacture mechatronics products, and technology advancement of our company may be promoted ulteriorly. |
