| Laser engraving technology is widely used in many fields due to its non-contact processing,low noise,high precision and high efficiency.There are few companies or research institutes that can develop a perfect three-dimensional laser engraving machine in China.In addition,laser engraving machines have many disadvantages such as low engraving accuracy,resources waste and so on.This paper is based on the premise of realizing the three-dimensional engraving of the laser engraving machine,and aims at the research and optimization of the laser engraving machine.From the overall point of view,must base on the laser engraving machine processing principles and work processes to establish a preliminary design plan for a laser engraving machine.Firstly the overall layout design is performed to determine the general structure of the laser engraving machine.The emphasis of this article’s design is the motion system design,the design of the optical system and the design as well as optimization of the control system of the laser engraving machine.This includes the selection of major mechanical components such as lasers,motors,switching power supplies,etc.;the design of the structure of the motion system and the optical system;the design and calculation of some devices;the design and research of lasers and stepper motor control circuits;the design of the power-off protection function,etc.Determine the main parameters of the laser engraving machine,design the key structure,and carry out the necessary CAE analysis to ensure the stability and safety of the work of the laser engraving machine.Through the study of this article,the design of the laser engraving machine was completed and the engraving experiment was carried out.Through experimental analysis,this paper achieved the optimization design and three-dimensional engraving of the laser engraving machine.The structure and control system of the laser engraving machine are further optimized based on the actual engraving effect. |
